Puddingstone Place™ has extended its proprietary clinical model into a unique school-based instructional program that integrates the underlying principles of the Visual Immersion System™ (VIS™). Our approach adapts to any existing curriculum using a multitude of visual accommodations delivered through state-of-the-art technology. The classroom model was founded on collaboration between the classroom teacher, speech language pathologist, BCBA, and related services. The program includes strong support for the student’s family.
It is important to note that when the COVID-19 pandemic came, Puddingstone Place was able to put in place a virtual visit model for both our clinical services as well as our school outreach programs. The transition was relatively seamless due to our prior experience delivering services in a virtual manner. As a result, we have a great deal of remote-friendly therapy materials readily available to enable the implementation of the VIS. From the orientation of the model to the approach of each individual lesson, Puddingstone’s School Outreach Program is ready to support your school in the 2021-2022 school year.
We offer a variety of options in order to serve individual students, entire classrooms, and entire districts.
